Two Year Scholarships are awarded to students from Liberty High School and Greene Central School starting at community college. The scholarship continues if they choose to finish their education at a four year university.
Four Year Scholarships in the name of William H. Conner, the second president of the Conner Foundation, are awarded to select students each year from Liberty High School and Greene Central School who will start attending a four year university immediately after high school.
Both of these scholarships can be extended for a fifth year if the student is in a teaching program or pursuing a degree in a medical professional field.
